What Is Transformational Healing™?

Throughout life, many of us have hardships, pain, physical and emotional ailments, and challenges that we simply can’t explain and find difficult to heal.

I founded Transformational Healing to enable all of us to get to the root of each issue that arises in our day to day life, as well as those that have been plaguing us for years.

With my background in neuroscience, I have learned a great deal about the way that the limbic brain, the part of your brain that deals with feelings, emotions, memories and more, can hold onto trauma. Something as simple as a car accident, a fight with a partner or a slip in the bathtub can bring on years of talk therapy, physical therapy, medications and more.

But we don’t have to live this way!

Transformational Healing works with your inner network of neurons to transform memories of your situation. Together, we create a new narrative about what happened, re-writing the story, and then I bring in all of our Spirit Guides to channel healing directly to you. We tone together, repeating sounds that are channeled to me from the Guides. For those that are unfamiliar, toning sounds like humming, but is done with a different intention and specific practice targeted to you. 

As we do this work together, the Guides channel particular hand motions to me that correspond to different parts of your brain. For example, they often ask us to join the first fingertip and the tip of the thumb together. When we do this, we are stimulating certain areas of the brain depending on the individual. 

For many, this hand position corresponds to and stimulates the amygdala, the part of the brain that turns on the fight or flight response, that feeling of sweaty palms, I-want-to-run-and-hide. Our brain creates this feeling and subsequent chemicals are released into our bloodstream to help us run from a predator. My goal, and the goal of the Guides, is to help you turn off your fight or flight response and come back to a space of rest and healing.

As the Guides channel through tones and hand positions, you are comfortably resting, following the Guides suggestions as you receive and actively participate in your own healing.

The Guides usually wrap up the session with channeled information about the subject at hand, but also sometimes provide a past life healing. I have found over the years that many of today’s issues are rooted in past lives. The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones of the Akashic Records bring through information and deeper healing on these related past lives as we wrap up the session.

What is Transformational Healing™ most effective at healing?

Transformational Healing™ is very effective at healing diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, past childhood trauma, fear, chronic pain, back pain, sexual abuse, rape, wounds and life alterations as a result of systemic racism, past life injuries/emotional pain/phobias. Please note that I DO NOT ASCRIBE TO DIAGNOSES, as I find them to be very limiting. Diagnoses can keep our brains in mental loops that do not serve us. We often walk through a channeled process together at the beginning of the session to let go of the diagnosis before we move into our healing work for that session.

Does it hurt?

Not at all! Most people have an emotional release during the session, and end up feeling fantastic afterward. If there is any tiredness or general ascension symptoms like headache, I recommend that you drink lots of water with lemon in it to alkalize and detoxify your physical body. Some may need more rest after a session, but this is your body’s way of healing too! Most clients report having the best sleep of their lives on the night of a session.

How many sessions will I need?

I usually say that some people require one session and some several. It fully depends on the roots of the trauma that we are healing, as well as your own dedication and practice of the work in between sessions. 

Are there other Transformational Healing practitioners that I could see? I can’t find a time that works for my schedule.

This is a difficult question, as I am the only person in the world practicing this modality right now. We are in talks with various universities to train Master’s and Ph.D. level psychology and social work students with spiritual gifts in this modality, but as the world has had more to concern itself within 2020-2021, this process has slowed down.

What do I need to do to keep healing on my own?

I request that you record your session via Zoom, and then use the 15-20 minute re-writing and toning section of your session daily. It is best if you can use it right when you wake up in the morning and just before you go to bed at night. This is the time when your brain is most neuroplastic, meaning that it is open to being improved and changed. Many have found total relief without using the toning section of their recording several times, but if you want to receive the most out of your session, I recommend repeating the healing every day.
